Only 45 minutes from Cincinnati OH and 45 minutes from Lexington. Directions will be forwarded to you after you book your session.
How do we check in for our session?
Arrive 5 minutes before your session and we will greet you at your car for you to come into the cabin.
What should we wear to the Santa Experience?
We suggest light-colored pajamas, gowns, and Christmas attire. We encourage everyone to join in the fun, so everyone should be ready to be in a few pictures. You may change in Santa’s cabin, but will take up your Santa time.
Can we have more than 1 family in the session?
The Santa Magic Experience is carefully designed to follow a special storyline, capturing meaningful moments with your family every step of the way.
When multiple families or grandparents with grandchildren from different households join in, it takes additional time to preserve those memories properly.
To ensure every magical moment is captured without rushing, we kindly recommend booking back-to-back sessions if you’d like to share the experience with extended family or friends.
Do you allow pets?
We consider pets as part of the family, so feel free to bring them with you. All pets are required to be on a leash. We recommend bringing their favorite toy and some treats. Let us know in your questionnaire if you plan on bringing your pet.
What can I do if my child is afraid of Santa?
One of the wonderful benefits of a private 45-minute Santa Magic session is that it allows plenty of time for shy or hesitant children to warm up to Santa at their own pace.
Our photographer and Santa work together using gentle, proven techniques to help children feel comfortable and at ease.
To keep the environment calm and focused, we kindly recommend limiting the number of guests who attend just to observe the session.
If you have any concerns that your child may be nervous or unsure, please let us know in your pre-session questionnaire—this helps us prepare and create the most magical, stress-free experience possible.
Can we take our own pictures or video?
Sorry, we do not allow any photography during your session, the photographer will share when a good time to capture a few moments of video. Please instruct any guest with you not to take photos during the session.
What does my session fee go towards?
Your session fee includes a private 45-minute visit with Santa in his cozy cabin, along with 4 beautifully edited digital images for you to print, share, and treasure.
This fee also covers Santa’s time and all the magic he brings to your unforgettable experience.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase amount. Most clients spend an average of $300 – $1000 on prints, products, and albums.
When do we see our images?
You will be invited to an online gallery that will feature all of the images. You will choose your 4 digital images, they will be edited and sent to you through Dropbox. You will also have a chance to order additional prints, products, albums, and digital images. During your session, you will have a chance to look at a variety of products that you will love!
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you select, pay, and approve the edits on your images, it typically takes about 2 weeks to arrive. Custom items can take longer. We do our best to rush Christmas cards and small prints, but cannot guarantee Christmas cards if ordered or approved after December 1st. Larger items such as wall portraits and albums may not be here before Christmas if ordered and approved after the 2nd week of December. We suggest booking early in the season if you plan to order Christmas cards.
Do we provide digital files?
We provide 4 digital files included in your session. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional images from your session.
What if we need to cancel?
We understand things happen and we will do our best to work with your schedule. Your session fee is non-refundable if you have to cancel within 72 hours of your session. If something happens the morning of your session, call or text us, we get in contact with you to reschedule your session.
