Cindy is the photographer, storyteller, and creative heart behind Santa Magic. An award-winning Master Photographer and former elementary art teacher, she has spent nearly two decades capturing the people, relationships, and moments families never want to forget.
After 30 years of teaching elementary students, Cindy knows a thing or two about children—the silly ones, the shy ones, the ones who need a little extra time, and the ones who arrive ready to tell Santa absolutely everything. That experience is a big part of what makes Santa Magic feel so natural and personal for every family.
Originally from Cincinnati, Cindy and her husband, Dutch, now call their 111-acre Northern Kentucky farm home. It’s here that they dream, build, create, and occasionally come up with Christmas ideas that are much bigger than either of them originally planned.
As a mom and grandmother, Cindy knows how quickly childhood passes. Santa Magic was created from that understanding—to give families more than beautiful photographs. It’s a chance to slow down, watch the wonder unfold, and preserve a little piece of childhood magic before it’s gone.
Because sometimes, even grown-ups need a reason to believe in the magic again.

Meet Santa Dutch
Dutch is the heart behind Santa Magic. Along with his wife, Cindy, he helps dream up, build, and bring each Santa Magic experience to life. From constructing the sets to stepping into the red suit, his goal is simple—to give children a Santa experience that feels completely real.
Originally an Ohio city boy, Dutch has happily traded city life for the wooded hills and valleys of their Kentucky farm. When he isn’t busy being Santa, you’ll usually find him outdoors working on the property, building something, fixing something, or finding another project that Cindy is pretty sure wasn’t on the list. 😉
But when Christmas arrives, there is nowhere he’d rather be than Santa’s Cabin—listening to children’s stories, sharing a little Christmas wisdom, and helping families believe in the magic again.
